Kovaka Fryum

I have absolutely no clue what this vegetable is called in english, but it looks like a small unpickeled gurkin. My wife calls it Kovaka.
It is cut in elongated pieces and then fried, together with litte onion, red chillies and garlic. Add malagha podhi/curry powder, salt and dhania/gheera powder and its done.

A nice side dish with takali rice.

Waiting for your favorite goat dish to try it out at our dhaba, our home :-)
