From Wild cat peak, a short hike takes you to the Nimitz way which ends at 'inspiration point'.
Power cables.
After Inspiration point, I took the meadows canyon trail. A 1.43 mile hike back to the nature area.In total, the hike was about 5 miles/8 km (Peak trail, Nimitz way Meadows Canyon trail) and had a height difference of about 700 feet (and 700 down of course). It took me about 2 hours, with some rest at the Wild cat peak. Not to bad for an overweight ex-smoker I would say ...
