Asperges

Asparagus are amazing. I chopped some garlic, mixed it with a bit of oil and sambal trassi (indonesian chilli paste with a hint of fermented shrimp) and put that on the asparagus. A little bit of pepper and salt and after that I put it in my oven (a low broil) for about 20 minutes (turn the veggies after about 10 minutes or so).
The taste was really great. I must however admit that white asparagus is nice then the green ones.
