I found this picture of my wife on the web. She is collecting X-ray diffraction data at beamline X9B of the NSLS. This picture was taken approximately one month before our daughter was born.

Went to Point Reyes today. Really beautifull overthere, albeit a bit windy.

A beautifull day

I went to San Fransisco today with Shakthi and had a great time. She saw the sea lions for the first time and was really amazed.

The picture you see above is not taken by me, but by Vincent, who left 2 days ago. It is the bay bridge. 

Golden Gate bridge

Vincent has arrived. He brought nice wiskey! 

Food

Went shopping. I bought
- Stuff
- one pineapple
- one bundle of green asparagus
- a box of Kumquats
- 4 pounds of fresh Goat (leg piece)

This week will be a Goat week! We are making
- Goat soup
- Goat fryum
- Goat Biriyani

Had the pineapple for lunch and Kumquats for the first time in my life. Sourish, but very nice somehow. The pineapple was amazingly sweet. We don't get hem like this in Holland ....

Sai Baba (Shridi)

This is an old picture. This was the first time we took our daughter to the Sai Baba temple, Flushing NY.

Finished some documentation today and yesterday for PHENIX:

2. iotbx.ehms

The F_model class is finished as well, regression tests are pending. Soon the twin targets will come....
